Quickly sold out in November of 2011 as a huge receivership blow-out sale, Tuscany Villas was one of Kim’s favourite buildings to sell, as it is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Canada, West Kelowna British Columbia, which Kim also considers to be her second home. Tuscany Villas was only 1 of 5 projects that Dimple and Kim sold in the Okanagan, BCs largest lake and wine capital. Working together with Platinum Project Marketing (previously known as Pilothouse Real Estate) and Vancouver’s leading Receiver, The Bowra Group, all 84 luxuriously equipped condo homes sold in record time, just shy of 2 hours.

The challenge was to ensure that all buyers were selected very carefully in order to fulfill the court and bank’s financial requirements in a short amount of time. The talent was to not only bring the buyer, but to cleverly qualify them based on a number of important buying criteria. This made the sale quick, clean and efficient for all parties involved. It was the perfect collaboration of sales efforts from both Vancouver and Kelowna.

The signage, marketing and advertising strategies were genius. Pent up huge interest and demand on these condo homes led to some debates and disappointment on the sales day, however another building would surface a year later bringing with it equal opportunities.

The abandoned building was taken over by the Receiver and completed to move-in-ready status by the reputable Mierau Construction group, who did an amazing job. Taxes not applicable as it was situated on Native Land, with a brand-new 99-year pre-paid lease.

It didn’t get any better being able to offer our clients and the local community these gorgeous and affordable Tuscan resort-style homes right across the street from the Lake. Tuscany Villas is located within minutes to golf, wineries, restaurants, shopping, theatres, the beach, and offered an outdoor pool, hot tub and spacious outdoor patio space in each home. This 4-storey concrete waterfront building proved to be one of the best investments for all.
